Process Controls:
• Inspection procedures, instructions and verification of equipment readily available.
• First article inspection prior to production start-up.
• Inspection plans prepared for critical components.

Non-conformance Controls
• Non-conforming material identified and quarantined
• MRB Material Review Board in place.

Process Documentation Controls
• Process documentation includes hardcopy work orders, shop traveler/quality plan, inspection reports, and drawings.
• Documentation maintenance and traceability controls per appropriate codes and/or customer request.
